About Our Business
We are based in Sparta, Tennessee at the Upper Cumberland
Regional Airport (KSRB) Our principal office is located in
Sequatchie County, Tennessee, just north of Dunlap. We provide
aerial images for all types of needs. We take pride in the finish
product that we provide our clients, and want you to be completely
satisfied in the work as well For that reason, we have long had a
policy of not requiring payment until the work is approved by the
customer.
OUR PILOT and PHOTOGRAPHER
Jeff Mackey is chief pilot, he is a licensed Commercial pilot and
holds an instrument rating for airplanes as well. Jeff flies an
average of 350 hours per year, mainly on business trips around the
southeast, as well as for aerial photo shoots. We like to sneak in a
vacation or two as well.
Melissa Mackey (the better half of the above mentioned chief pilot)
handles the photo equipment on most of the flights, searching for
that perfect angle for your images.
OUR AIRCRAFT
We fly a high wing Cessna 172 model aircraft. This aircraft was
built in 1975 and has recently undergone an engine overhaul. This
particular aircraft has a service ceiling of 13,500’ and cruises at
105 knots (121 MPH) with a useful load of around 900 lbs. The
advantages of a high wing aircraft are the ability to shoot better
pictures at more angles, without having to worry about the wing
blocking our view.
